What we collect

Calls may be recorded and transcribed. ScheduleEveryCall answers calls using an automated voice assistant. Calls handled by that assistant are recorded and transcribed so the business you're calling can review what was discussed and confirm appointment details. If you do not wish to be recorded, let the assistant know and ask to be connected with a human, or hang up and contact the business directly by another means.
How we use it
- To answer your call, understand what you need, and schedule an appointment with the business you're contacting.
- To notify the business owner or dispatcher of a booking or an urgent situation, including by text message.
- To send you appointment confirmations, reminders, or replies to messages you send us.
- To improve the accuracy and reliability of our automated assistant.
- To respond to signup or contact form submissions.
SMS / text messaging terms
By providing your mobile number and communicating with us by text, you consent to receive SMS messages related to scheduling, appointment confirmations, and service updates. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply.

Who we share information with

Data retention
We retain call recordings, transcripts, booking records, and message logs for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, support the business you contacted, and meet legal or operational recordkeeping needs.
